Credits and Payment

Credit System

Orno operates on a credit-based system where each image transformation consumes credits based on the selected style.

• New users receive free credits upon signup
• Credits can be purchased or earned through rewarded ads
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Credits do not expire but account inactivity may result in forfeiture
• Purchased credits are final and cannot be transferred

Pricing

We reserve the right to modify credit costs and pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased.

Content and Usage Rights

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By using Orno, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your images to apply selected transformations
• Store your images temporarily for service operation
• Display generated images in your account

Generated Images

You own the transformed images created through Orno and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload images depicting minors without proper consent
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse free credit systems
• Resell or redistribute our AI transformation styles
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

All AI styles, prompts, interface designs, and Service functionality are owned by Orno AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that generated images will be error-free or of any particular quality.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORNO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

Governing Law
